Step 1
Application process for the program begins with completing on-line application form on our website https://www.cspa.com.ua/uk/app.phpBefore starting to fill out the Questionnaire, you need to familiarize yourself with the program https://www.cspa.com.ua/uk та https://www.cspa.com.ua/uk/program.html and https://www.cspa.com.ua/uk/faq.php, because when filling out, you will need to answer questions about the program itself and its understanding. Filling out the Questionnaire ends with a page where it will be indicated number of your Questionnaire, which should be written down/remembered. The Questionnaire number will be the login for entering the personal account, where the password is the one you created yourself when filling out the Questionnaire. The password can always be recovered, on the login page in the cabinet there is a link "Forgot your password?" for this.
There are NO registration deadlines! There is no need to ask "how long will I leave?", we all adapt to the harvest on the farms, and not the harvest adapts to each of us. There are cases when people were registered in 3 weeks and flew out, and there are also in six months. Everything is different, it depends on the applications of farmers and the quality of your data in the Questionnaire. Filling in forms begins in October - November and ends at the end of the year, after that the acceptance of forms is not guaranteed due to the large number of applicants. If you want to register with groups of friends, couples, it should be done simultaneously, and not with a gap of several months. The main thing is to GET IN TOUCH after filling out the Questionnaire: if you do not respond to our messages inMessenger,we will not be able to consider your application further.
Past Questionnaires. If you refused to register in previous seasons, or we did not have time to consider your questionnaire, you DO NOT need to fill out another questionnaire, just notify us at Messenger,that you wish to further register for the current season, and we will unfreeze your questionnaire.

Step 2
After filling out the Questionnaire, you need to complete all the further registration steps specified in your personal account https://www.cspa.com.ua/uk/account.php, and after that send the Questionnaire to us for consideration (the corresponding button in the last point, which appears when everything has already been completed) and we will consider your Questionnaire. The review period varies and depends on the quality of the data submitted in the Questionnaire, applications from farmers, and the number of submitted applications. After that, we will schedule and conduct an interview with you an on-line interview with you in Viber (videocall) https://www.cspa.com.ua/uk/account.php?interview . Interviews start from October-November and continue until the end of June. We conduct interviews gradually, taking into account the desired departure dates indicated in section 8 of the Questionnaire. When specifying the dates in Section 8 of the Questionnaire, please understand that 80% of applications from farmers are received for the beginning of work in May-June, and there are not many applications for winter, after all, this is seasonal work in the fields for harvesting.
Step 3
After passing the interview, you need to upload the necessary documents in your personal account https://www.cspa.com.ua/uk/account.php, including Concordia medical certificate, driver's license if available, and expect farm placement.
WARNING! All further registration, contract with the farm, instructions for visa, tickets, arrival at the farm will be receivedin the personal account at the link above.
Please keep in mind: we have a system design, and, unfortunately, there is no individual approach, so you will have all the latest news in your personal account, email address and Viber bot. Also, every action you take in your personal account is recorded by a message to your email address: we can see when you have uploaded a document, visa, or ticket to your personal account.
We cannot take endless phone calls, because it takes a lot of time, so it is much more convenient to send your question to Messenger.
You must secretly be in touch. If you are not in touch, we will deny you further participation in the program and freeze your Questionnaire. But if you do not contact after receiving your visa or during the program itself in the UK, Concordia will have no choice but to cancel your work permit and thus your visa will become invalid even though it is in your passport. So, it is VERY IMPORTANT to stay in touch with us at all times.
Note! We are not open: we work from the morning, but until 19:00 on working days, we have weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays. Please understand this!

Step 4
The deadline for receiving placement on the farm depends on the applications of farmers and whether your candidacy is suitable for these applications. For example, in winter - the beginning of spring, farmers usually ask men to build tunnels, and women later, in April-May, for planting and then for harvesting. This should be taken into account especially for those people who want to travel in pairs. Farms look at the experience of manual physical labor, that is why it is so important to fill outthe 11th section of the questionnaire more fully. We cannot guarantee any deadlines for receiving accommodation, but we ask applicants to update their details inthe 8th section of the questionnaire, where you have to indicate your preferences on the farm, desired departure dates and who you want to go with. We try to take all this into account as much as possible, but you should understand that not everything depends on us. Therefore, please keep Section 8 of the Questionnaire up to date, it will always be available for editing.
When you receive placement on a farm from Concordia, we will notify you in your personal account, through our Viber bot and to your email address. You must sign contracts with the Farm and with CSPA (all in your personal account). After you sign the contracts, we send your questionnaire to Concordia, which must check the data and confirm your placement on the farm. You have to decide for sure at this moment: whether you really want to continue participating in the program or not. We will ask you about this in your personal account, and you must confirm further participation or not after downloading the signed page of the Agreement with the farm. All instructions on this matter will be again in the personal account.
When you receive placement on a farm from Concordia, we will notify you in your personal account, through our Viber bot and to your email address. You must sign contracts with the Farm and with CSPA (all in your personal account). After you sign the contracts, we send your questionnaire to Concordia, which must check the data and confirm your placement on the farm. You have to decide for sure at this moment: whether you really want to continue participating in the program or not. We will ask you about this in your personal account, and you must confirm further participation or not after downloading the signed page of the Agreement with the farm. All instructions on this matter will be again in the personal account.
Step 5
After your confirmation of participation in the program and sending the Questionnaire to Concordia, we expect from there your official work permit issued by Concordia as your visa sponsor. You have to wait for this, we will immediately notify you through our Viber bot that we have received permission, and immediately after that we will start filling out your visa questionnaire. Be prepared to pay for your visa AS SOON as you receive notification that we have received your work permit from Concordia, it is very important that you arrive at the farms in GROUPS and not individually. This is due to the quarantine measures that the farms carry out in accordance with the requirements of the UK government, one of which is the arrival of workers in groups where possible.
Step 6
We will send you the completed Visa Questionnaire to personal account, about which we will notify you through our Viber bot. After that, you need to check them as soon as possible in the CSPA personal account and confirm the accuracy of the data there. After confirming the data, you will receive instructions for paying the visa fee. WARNING! This payment is made as an online payment from your card (or any other card) in the same way as buying a plane ticket through the airline's website or buying a movie ticket online. Payment is made on the UK government website gov.uk in the MIDDLE of your visa application. УWARNING! Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, applicants have been submitted to visa centers in Europe, where reservation of the date of the visa center almost everywhere is PAID (85-93 euros, payment by card, the same as for a visa), this is in addition to the visa fee. The booking date is chosen by the applicant independently, the instructions will be in the CSPA account after paying for the visa.
It should also be noted that you must leave your foreign passport at any visa center in order for a visa to be affixed there. The average waiting time for a visa is 2-3 weeks.
There is a service that allows you to keep your passport with you when you apply for a visa, if you need it (Keep My Passport) for a fee at the time of visa application and it costs differently in different visa centers (about 100 euros). With the Keep My Passport procedure, after receiving the decision, you will have to bring or send the passport to the visa center again, there have been cases when passports were lost by courier services. Therefore, think about everything and plan yourself before agreeing to registration for the program.

Step 7

Step 8
Booking and purchasing air tickets is an important matter. After applying for a visa, you will have a list of people with whom you are registered on the same farm for arrival in your personal account, in the "Airline tickets" spoiler. Contact and chat about buying tickets. We provide recommendations for buying tickets after you receive your visa decision. But some buy tickets early at their own risk, because it is cheaper to buy them in advance. We cannot make this decision for you about buying tickets earlier than obtaining a visa, but the farm needs to arrive as a group, not when someone wants to (see Step 5, 6). Our recommendations come immediately after you receive a decision on your visa, and sometimes it is very important to fly on the dates exactly on these recommendations, which agree with the farms and Concordia.
Step 9
Flight to the UK, arrival at the farm, hard work in the harvest fields. Concordia is your visa sponsor. According to British immigration legislation andthe conditions of your visa You can only work on the farm listed on your Concordia work permit. Work elsewhere will be illegal. If you leave the Concordia farm before the end of the contract, Concordia will cancel your work permit after 10 days from the time you leave the farm, and thus your work visa will become invalid. Therefore, your stay in the UK after this will be illegal and you must leave the country immediately after this, NOT until the visa expires.
According to the terms of the visa and agreement with Concordia and CSPA, you must send a return ticket for departure from the UK no later than one week before you leave the farm. Concordia forwards your tickets to immigration, but if there is no return ticket, Concordia blacklists you with immigration. The consequences of violating these rules are 100% refusal of the next work visa to Britain. Is it worth doing this?

The cost of participating in the program
The cost of the trip ONLY consists of paying the visa fee to the UK government (currently the visa fee for a Tier 5 work visa - equivalent to GPB298,booking a visa center 85-93 euros) and paying for a plane ticket (purchase on the websites of any airlines that are convenient for you according to their tariffs).No more additional fees to the Agent or Operator or any intermediary for the program, please note this! According to the legislation of Great Britain, it is PROHIBITED to take any payment from applicants for any services of providing work in Great Britain in agriculture!
Filling out the On-Line Questionnaire on the website
The most important thing to understand: filling out the Questionnaire correctly and responsibly once is 80% success! It's absolutely simple! If all the data is at hand, the filling takes a maximum of 20-30 minutes.
You can fill out the questionnaire directly on your smartphone. Do not ignore the hints, strictly follow the recommendations. Also, in the questionnaire itself, there are examples of filling in above each field, which are highlighted in bold.
Entering data in ALL fields of the questionnaire is mandatory. Partially filled out questionnaires are not accepted for consideration, you need to take this into account! The data entered in the questionnaire are sent to the Program Operator, as well as to the visa Questionnaire. If any data is not submitted, there will be errors, then this may lead to the refusal of the visa. Therefore, all fields must be filled in VERY carefully! After filling out the questionnaire, you will receive a confirmation email with your filled-in data to the email address you specified when filling out the questionnaire.
WARNING! If you notice an error after filling it out, you DO NOT need to fill it out again! Immediately after filling in, your personal one is automatically created Аккаунтon our website, where you can go and check and correct errors yourself.
WARNING! In order to completely fill out the questionnaire, you need to know and have the following at hand:
- your Ukrainian passport;
- identification tax number of Ukraine;
- home address (indicate the home address, DO NOT indicate the dormitory!);
- home address index;
- contact telephone numbers, names and dates of birth of parents, work telephone numbers and their places of employment;
- your E-mail, Facebook, Instagram, mobile phone, Viber, home phone;
- foreign passport.
Conducting an interview with a representative of the program in Ukraine
You will definitely have to pass an interview with the representative of the program in Ukraine - Kyrylo Martynenko. This is not our requirement, but the requirement of the Operators and the program itself. The time, date and place of the interview will be indicated in your Account, carefully monitor the status of the account. Usually, we conduct an interview online using a Viber video call. In the personal office, there will also be detailed instructions on how to pass the interview, the necessary documents for the interview immediately after filling out the Questionnaire. Please complete them FULLY.
Uploading the necessary documents to the On-Line Account
After the interview with the representative of the program in Ukraine, the applicant will need to upload photos or scans of documents. You will have detailed information and instructions in your personal document. Please be careful about the format of the files you download. This applies to an application photo, photo or scan from/passport, driver's license, certificate of no criminal record, agreements with Concordia, with the Farm, with the Concordia Agent, etc..Getting accommodation on the farm
Information about placement on the farm and the contract with the farm will be in your personal account. We will notify you by email and via Viber bot about receiving placement in your account and provide further instructions.
Filling out, submitting an application, paying for a visa
You will NOT have to fill out the Visa Questionnaire yourself, this is part of our services! But you will have the opportunity to check all data and find errors and inform us about it in your personal account on our website.
Payment of the visa fee will be made by you INDEPENDENTLY using your bank card (or any other card, for example, your relatives). There are NO payment details! You will pay for your visa within the Visa Application Form on the UK government website gov.uk, which we create for you as we obtain work permits from Concordia. The payment method is as simple as, for example, paying for train or movie tickets through the site: you only enter your card details, this is an online payment.

3. The cost of the visa fee is GPB298 , link to the official web resource of the UK government. But their government calculates this cost in euros, so the cost can fluctuate depending on the euro to pound exchange rate. It is approximately 370 euros. You can pay in hryvnias at the selling rate of euros at the bank that issued the card. Make sure that the appropriate amount is on the card with a small reserve of a couple of euros just in case.
4. The card must be open for online payment, not blocked, the limit (NOT credit, but for online payment) must be removed, etc. ask the relevant questions in your bank IN ADVANCE!

Booking and paying for air tickets
All applicants independently purchase airline tickets on airline websites: https://www.flyuia.com/ua/ru/home, https://www.ryanair.com/ua/uk/, https://wizzair.com/#/ WARNING! We will provide information on which date it is desirable to buy tickets so that groups of applicants arrive at the farms, and we will also provide information about possible transfers from airports to the farms, and it is the responsibility of applicants to upload purchased tickets to their CSPA accounts within 24 hours of purchase. It is very important that you follow our instructions in this regard so that we can inform the farmers and Concordia of your arrival in time.
