Presentation of the program

The program, services, vacancies - FREE! You only pay for the visa GPB298 equivalent (and GPB55 visa center date booking) and the air ticket (self booking on airline websites of your choice). NOTHING and NOBODY more!

The British government has appointed a non-profit organization as the Visa Sponsor of the program Concordia (UK) Ltd, C.S.P.A.is an official Concordia agency, we have British licensefor this activity from the state body for combating modern slaveryGLAA, and Ukrainiana license to mediate employment abroad.
We do not take money from you, none, it makes no sense for us to deceive anyone, because the goal of every deception is to get money.
When registering for the program, you will sign THREE contracts: with Concordia, with the Farm, with us.

How to get into the program? What are the criteria? How long does the whole process take?

Technically, the registration is carried out in three weeks from the moment of filling out the questionnaire to the moment of departure, but the whole process stretches for months, because it depends on when you filled out the questionnaire, when you want to fly, on which dates there are seats, and so on. Therefore, it simply does not make sense to ask how long it takes for the documents to be drawn up, because we adapt to the harvest, but the harvest does not adapt to your/our plans. So, you can fill out the Questionnaire in October and fly in May, or you can in February, we cannot and will not accurately predict this. But when filling out the Questionnaire in section 10, you can provide the desired dates of participation in the program and we will try to fulfill it.

This is the most popular question: What next? When you fill out the Questionnaire on our website, an on-Line Account (personal account) is automatically created, where you can track status changes, all further instructions and know without any questions what to do next :) So, after filling out the Questionnaire, go to your Account, download photo of normal quality, photo of the first page of the foreign passport,and fill in Sections 10-13 of the Questionnaire:

And when will the interview be?
This is no less a popular question. After uploading your photo and passport scan, as well as filling out sections 10-13 of the Questionnaire, we need time to process the data. There is no clear time for completing the Questionnaire, it depends on how quickly and clearly you fill in everything, what quality your photo will be, whether you clearly indicate your foreign travels in section 10 of the Questionnaire. As soon as we check your questionnaire, the status will change to Interview Ready, and you will also receive information about the date and time of the interview in your Account (information will also be sent to Viber):

I passed the interview, what's next? What documents do I need?
After the interview, you need to upload the following documents specified in your account as soon as possible:

- driver's license (if you have it);

- medical declaration Concordia;

- Program rules of Concordia;

- certificate of good conduct .

How and where to download documents?

Please note that the sooner you upload the documents, the sooner we will start considering your application for placement on the farm.

And when will placement on the farm take place? Where is the information about the conditions?
The farm placement comes after you upload all the documents after the interview, but it may take some time after the interview before you get the placement. This is due to the fact that we receive these placements from Concordia, and the farms also provide their preferences for workers, start dates, terms of work, etc. Therefore, if, for example, in January - March farmers want male workers (building tunnels, planting crops), because there is a need for physical strength, therefore we cannot place women or, for example, couples on such farms. Therefore, it is necessary to treat this with understanding.


After receiving the placement, you need to sign the contract with the farm we sent you the placement to and upload only ONE signature page to your Account within TWO business days. All conditions of work, accommodation, etc. are contained in the contract with the Farm in your Account.

And when, how and to whom to pay for a visa? Where to apply for a visa? How long does it take to get a visa?
After we send your Application to Concordia, you should be ready to pay for the visa at any time, and not say "can I pay tomorrow?", when you need to pay urgently! You will pay for the visa directly to the UK government in the middle of the visa application form, and not to anyone else. Payment for a visa usually takes place 1-1.5 months before departure AFTER receiving a work contract and a work permit from the UK government. All instructions for submitting documents for a visa will be in your account, we inform everyone in the Account and on Viber. Visa documents, like your fingerprints, are submitted only in Kyiv at the Visa Center https://pos.tlscontact.com/kbp_en/index.php, a visa is issued in 10-15 working days (official terms), but usually a decision on a visa is issued in 5-6 working days.

Where and how to buy air tickets? How to get to the farm?
All applicants independently purchase airline tickets on airline websites: https://www.flyuia.com/ua/ru/home, https://www.ryanair.com/ua/uk/, https://wizzair.com/#/ WARNING! We will provide information on which date it is desirable to buy tickets so that groups of applicants arrive at the farms, and we will also provide information and try to organize transfers from airports to the farms, but it is the responsibility of applicants to upload purchased tickets to their CSPA accounts within 24 hours of purchase. It is very important that you follow our instructions in this regard so that we inform the farmers and Concordia of your arrival in good time.

I have problems on the farm, who should I contact? How and where to leave reviews about the farm?
If you have problems at the farm, the FIRST thing you should do and understand is that your employer is NOT an Agent and NOT Concordia, you need to contact the farm office with your problem and solve it in the city. This is what is written in your contract with the Farm. If your question is not resolved, only after that you need to contact your Agent, i.e. us. But the first thing we will ask: have you contacted the farm? to whom exactly? What have you learned and so on. We will then ask you for your billing statements and then forward your complaint to Concordia who will try to resolve your issue with the farm.
